Ombligon is an extremely rare varietal of coffee grown by just a handful of the best farms of Colombia. El Vergel, the legendary estate run by Shady and Elias Bayter, is one such farm. They seamlessly blend technology and tradition to elevate every aspect of their coffee production, culminating in this beautiful anaerobic-natural representation of Ombligon.

Onyx Coffee Lab secured this rare lot for a limited release in their top tier coffee program, and we’re very fortunate to share it as a part of the Stellar Series. In the cup, you may find vibrant and resplendent flavors of raspberry and mango, with the delicate sweetness of floral honey.
